Alexander Technique Instruction
with Diane M. Hovenesian
Healing
Well Studio offers a unique approach to wellness through the Alexander
Technique.
The benefits of this work include pain relief, stress reduction,
improved mobility, and greater flexibility. There are therapeutic and
educational components to this process with its combination of hands on
healing work and the demonstration of practical learning
tools. Alexander work relieves neck and back pain, poor
posture,
symptoms resulting from injury, carpal tunnel, TMJ, headaches, and
chronic stress. The Technique is also valuable to musicians, dancers,
actors, and athletes who learn to use themselves optimally through
the work.
The results are life changing: individuals
experience a decrease and in many cases disappearance of pain and
discomfort through learning to sit, stand, and move more
efficiently.
